7-Stage Institutional Activation
Regulated institutions are activated through a controlled 7-stage process. Each stage has defined inputs, structural validation, and a confirmed outcome before proceeding.
Reg-Nexus operates as a managed governance operating system. FYM Compliance Limited manages the activation process, tenant provisioning, and ongoing infrastructure operations.
Qualification & Scope
Institutional qualification assessment. Regulatory footprint, governance complexity, and operational scope are evaluated to determine the appropriate activation profile.
Tenant Provisioning
Dedicated tenant provisioned within the Reg-Nexus infrastructure. Schema isolation, RLS policies, and base configuration deployed. Managed by the Reg-Nexus governance team.
Authority Baseline
Core authority holders seeded: Board Chair, CEO, CRO, and Compliance Owner. Persona-based RRBAC configured for governance execution.
Governance Profile Selection
Institution selects governance profile: FCA EMI, FCA PI, Global Fintech, or custom. Profile determines regulatory workflows, obligation sets, and supervisory expectations.
Authority Alignment
Role mapping overlay between institutional authority hierarchy and Reg-Nexus governance personas. Escalation routes, approval chains, and attestation requirements confirmed.
Operational Readiness
Service mapping, important business service (IBS) identification, vendor relationships, control frameworks, and obligation ownership configured. Operational infrastructure validated.
Go-Live
Institutional users enabled. Authority holders receive credentials. Login becomes the final step — the institution is now operating on Reg-Nexus governance infrastructure.
Default Operating Model
Managed Governance Operating System
