Data Controller

FYM Compliance Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through the RegIntels platform (regintels.co.uk). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is controlled through role-based permissions and Row Level Security policies. We retain data for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for regulatory and legal purposes.
