Terms of Use

The terms governing your access to and use of the RegIntels platform operated by FYM Compliance Limited.

1. Operator

The RegIntels platform (regintels.co.uk) is developed and operated by FYM Compliance Limited. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Platform Access

Access to platform modules and services is provided pursuant to individual engagement agreements executed through the Cockpit onboarding process. Unauthorised access to restricted areas of the platform is prohibited.

3. Engagement Process

All engagements are subject to the execution of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Regulatory Infrastructure Services Agreement through the Cockpit workflow. These agreements govern the specific terms of service delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform software, content, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of FYM Compliance Limited unless otherwise specified in individual engagement agreements. White-label licensing arrangements are governed by separate licensing terms.

5. Data and Confidentiality

All client data submitted through the platform is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any executed NDA. FYM Compliance Limited will not disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or with explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

FYM Compliance Limited’s total liability under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Regulatory Disclaimer

RegIntels provides regulatory technology and advisory services. We do not provide legal advice. Clients remain responsible for their own regulatory compliance. Our services support and facilitate compliance activities but do not replace the need for independent legal counsel where appropriate.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
