Genesis Evidence
Turn regulatory claims into traceable evidence.
Genesis Evidence identifies what must be proven, maps each item to the obligation it satisfies, tracks its quality and highlights what remains unresolved — so the pack is complete before the regulator asks.
The problem
A claim without evidence is a question waiting to be asked.
Applications rarely fail on the assertions themselves. They fail because the evidence behind the assertions is missing, unmapped or out of date.
From requirement to request
Every requirement is registered and owned.
Requirement register
Genesis derives the evidence requirements from the selected route and the institutional model, and holds them in a register — each requirement stated, owned and trackable to a status.
Evidence request workflow
Each open requirement generates a request to the responsible person, so evidence is chased against a named obligation rather than gathered informally.
Upload, classification and status
Assistance, deterministic status and verification — kept separate.
Genesis is explicit about which part of the process is automated help, which is a fixed calculation, and which is a human decision.
Automated assistance
Genesis helps by suggesting a classification, proposing an obligation mapping and flagging likely gaps. This is assistive — it accelerates the work but does not decide it.
Deterministic status
Completeness and readiness status are calculated by fixed rules from the mapped evidence and its review dates. The same inputs always produce the same status.
Human verification
A consultant or reviewer confirms that each item genuinely satisfies its obligation. Verification is a human act — the platform records it, it does not perform it.
Automated classification and mapping are assistive suggestions, not deterministic conclusions. Status and readiness figures are calculated deterministically from human-verified evidence. Final confirmation that an item satisfies its obligation rests with the responsible professional.
Quality
Four dimensions decide whether evidence counts.
Provenance
Where the evidence came from and who is accountable for it.
Completeness
Whether the item covers the requirement in full or only in part.
Relevance
Whether the item actually speaks to the obligation it is mapped to.
Recency
Whether the item is current, or approaching an expiry or review date.
The evidence flow
Requirement to readiness, one traceable path.
Traceability
Mapped, monitored and indexed.
Obligation mapping
Each item is linked to the obligation it satisfies, so coverage is provable rather than assumed.
Findings and gap resolution
Open and partial requirements surface as findings, with a route to resolve each one.
Expiry and review dates
Items carry review and expiry dates, so the pack does not go stale without warning.
Pack indexing
The evidence pack is indexed against requirements, ready to accompany the submission.
Audit trail
Every provision, classification, mapping and verification is recorded against a person and a time.
Consultant review
A reviewer can challenge classifications and mappings and sign off the evidence position.
Professional oversight
Genesis Evidence organises the work and calculates the status. The judgement that an item truly proves what it claims to prove stays with the professional responsible for the application.
- The platform tracks and calculates; the reviewer decides.
- Status is reproducible from verified evidence, not from a hidden score.
- Every conclusion is traceable to the item and the person behind it.
Make every regulatory claim traceable to evidence.
